Yes products can be collected from one of our warehouses, however in some cases this may not be possible due to product availability in the specific warehouse.

How fast is shipping?

What's the returns policy?

Products can be returned within 30 days, there maybe a restocking charge depending on the product. The purchaser will need to contact us so we can provide an RA number which will need to be clearly attached to the box. All freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, products must be unopened and received in as new condition.
